Self-pay service

Vitamias is a self-pay, out-of-network service. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. On request we can provide an itemized superbill you may submit to your plan yourself, though we cannot guarantee reimbursement. Some services may be eligible for HSA or FSA funds; eligibility is determined by your plan administrator, not by us.

Pricing and authorization

The full price of your visit — base service, add-ons, travel fee where applicable, same-day or next-day rush fee where applicable, and tax — is itemized before you confirm. Confirming the booking authorizes us to charge your selected payment method for that total.

When you are charged

Your card is authorized at booking and charged when the visit is completed. If a nurse or clinician declines treatment for clinical reasons before the infusion begins, you are not charged for the service; a travel fee may apply if the nurse has already arrived at your location.

Refunds and disputes

If a visit is not delivered as described, contact us within 14 days at billing@vitamias.health and we will review the charge and issue a refund where warranted. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please contact us before initiating a card dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.

Card security

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. Vitamias never receives or stores your full card number; we retain only the brand and last four digits so you can identify the card on a receipt.
