Free cancellation window
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled start time, from your patient portal or by contacting our care team.
Late cancellations and no-shows
- Cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time: a 50% late-cancellation fee applies, because your nurse's block and supplies have already been committed.
- No-show, or no safe access to the service location within 20 minutes of arrival: the full visit price is charged.
- Treatment declined by a nurse or clinician for clinical reasons: no service charge; a travel fee may apply if the nurse has already arrived.
When we cancel
If Vitamias cancels — because of nurse availability, weather, or a safety concern — you are charged nothing and we will help you rebook at the earliest available time.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling inside the free window is unlimited. A visit moved into a same-day or next-day slot may incur the standard rush fee, which is shown to you before you confirm the change.
